PALLETIZING

The coils of insulated copper tubing are wrapped individually with transparent stretch film and labeled on the outside; each label contains specific information relative to the product to which it refers, as follows:

• description of material
• production order
• quantity

The stack of coils is then securely covered on the outside with white cardboard and transparent film in which it is completely wrapped, to prevent damage during shipment and ensure good stability of the structure; it is then labeled again to indicate:

• type of product
• total meters on pallet
• no. of coils on pallet
